Noe Kuremoto
Born in Osaka and trained in London at Central Saint Martins, Noe Kuremoto creates ceramic sculptures that bridge ancient tradition and contemporary design.
Working between London and Lithuania, she has exhibited across Europe, including in Paris, Milan, and Stockholm.
Kuremoto’s minimalist works draw inspiration from Japanese spiritual heritage, particularly the Haniwa Warriors—terracotta figures from the Kofun period buried with the dead to protect their souls.
Her version of the warriors, however, is meant to safeguard the living.
Clean lines and gentle forms define her visual language, creating objects that are at once sacred and serene
